Our workshops are free. If you are in a position to make a donation, you can do this online or in the workshop. Restoke is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company and all donations help us to provide more opportunity for creative adventures in Stoke-on-Trent!

SPOTLIGHT on Dancing through the Darkness!
Our winter dance offer now in it’s 6th year! These sessions blend gentle guided sequences with space to move freely, breathe deeply and rest.
Take care of yourself through the darkest time of year by slowing down and listening to what your body needs!
