Somatic Moving: four workshops awakening body, mind and spirit.

A Somatic Movement session is an opportunity to listen deeply to your body’s wisdom, your longings, your stories, your needs and move to the rhythm of your own dance. Nicola has been teaching and leading creative, somatic workshops for over a decade and will guide you on an engaging, movement journey in which you can deepen trust in your creative and intuitive self; allowing you space to move, dance, draw, write and express yourself within a compassionate and non-judgemental environment.
